Driving is the most critical aspect in caretaking of back and neck, we must change the driving posture, avoid long drives, and keep cushions to support back and neck. Equal care need to be taken when sleeping, a flat ground is ideal for sleeping, and turning to one side slowly and easily when getting up. Fast movements should be avoided with neck and back issues.
